Karen L. Simon is the Managing Partner of the Emersons Commercial Real Estate office located in Fort Worth, Texas. Karen specializes in office, retail industrial and land sectors in both leasing and sales and is responsible for marketing activities west of Dallas County. Ms. Simon has completed over 900+ transactions encompassing thousands of acres of land and 6,000,000 square feet of building area. Karen with over 30 years of brokerage experience was the first woman in Tarrant County to practice industrial real estate and the first female broker to be named the highest industrial producer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area during her years with Henry S. Miller.
Jill M. Bayne is Vice President of Emersons Commercial Real Estate office located in Fort Worth, Texas. Jill’s responsibilities include the sales, marketing and leasing of professional office and medical buildings, retail properties, and showroom warehouse properties. Ms. Bayne has 30 years’ experience with income producing properties. She has successfully represented a multitude of clients in both the acquisition and disposition of commercial property on all levels, including the sales, leasing, asset management, site selection, and marketing efforts. Her knowledge of markets, mixed with tenacity and dedication, has been a significant factor in her ability to successfully negotiate transactions for her clients. Ms. Bayne enjoys specializing in the medical, dental, and professional office sectors of commercial real estate utilizing her skills to increase the income and performance of these properties for their owners.

Before co-founding Emersons in 2004, Richard enjoyed a career in commercial real estate lending in the 1980's. In the 1990's Richard left banking to oversee the management of large portfolios of commercial real estate assets, including property management operations, leasing, and acquisition/dispositions. Richard is a licensed real estate broker, with over $1 billion in commercial closings, and a graduate of the Rawls College of Business Real Estate Finance program at Texas Tech University.
Matt Price is a Certified Public Accountant and KPMG alumnus. He joined Richard Webb in 1997, and became Chief Financial Officer in 1998. Matt oversaw all operations within the portfolio, including banking, budgeting, reporting, accounting, acquisitions, and dispositions, before co-founding Emersons in 2004. Matt is also actively involved in the residential mortgage industry, and is a graduate of The University of North Texas College of Business with Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting.
